Allocator Training Institute

The investment training programs from the Allocator Training Institute are geared to demonstrate increasing competency at all levels: from intern to analyst up through to mid-level and then senior investment professionals.

Institutional Allocator (IA) – earn the credential

The Institutional Allocator (IA) credential was created to enhance your investment career by providing you with the specific knowledge and tools used at world-class institutional investors.

As an example, at an analyst level you may be required to calculate fund performance, market, or risk metrics. At the mid-point of your career you may be creating a private asset cash flow pacing model. As a CIO, you’re leading the portfolio construction and manager selection efforts.

Currently, in the investment community for institutional allocators, there is no program geared to helping you learn these skills.

Further, the available options for investment professionals provides little in terms of direct, practical knowledge and tools. Our program will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to accelerate your career.

Allocator Internship Bootcamp

To help you get ready to start your internship, this program will provide the critical qualitatitve and quantitative lessons you need to succeed. We cover a broad range of useful topics that will be useful at any institutional allocator, including endowments, pensions, foundations, OCIOs, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds.

All of the readings can be completed in two weeks, and you’ll receive all of the Excel templates useful to succeed during your summer internship.
