Behavioural Finance
The investment industry has invested heavily in technical training including portfolio theory, factor models, risk analytics, derivatives.
What remains chronically under-developed is training in the discipline that determines whether any of those technical frameworks are applied correctly: the psychology of human judgment.
Allocators who understand mean-variance optimisation, but not motivated reasoning will build optimal portfolios and then override them for non-analytical reasons.
This program was built to close that gap systematically, academically, and practically.
| The Three Layers | |
| Academic Foundation | Peer-reviewed research that establishes the base rate; the distributional reality that must be anchored before any specific case is evaluat |
| Investment Application | How each psychological phenomenon manifests in allocator practice involving manager selection, portfolio construction, client management, and IC dynamics. |
| Implementation Layer | Structural tools including protocols, frameworks, and processes that embed the academic insights directly into the investment platform. |
